On Friday, October 9, 2009 at MJ Lords Wine Cellars in Sebastopol, winemaker Paul Clary and assistant winemaker Jared Souza pitched the yeast into 6 barrels of Carneros Chardonnay grape juice from Paul Larson's Gun Barrel Vineyards that was picked and pressed on Tuesday, October 6, 2009.

We are making our first Chardonnay with grapes from Paul Larson's Gun Club Vineyard in Carneros!

Our first winemaker dinner hosted by Central Market Restaurant with a 4 course menu on September 18, 2009. Each course was paired with vertical tastings of our award winning Pinot Noir and Syrah, featuring the up and coming Vin de Noix.
