Clary Ranch, in the Sonoma Coast Appellation, sits at the headwaters to Chileno Creek, about eleven miles from Tomales Bay. Fifteen acres of vineyards lay nestled amid rolling hills and diary pastures. Our Pinot Noir and Syrah vines work through an extended season, sometimes waiting until early November to deliver a harvest of luscious black fruit. Summer's fogs and ocean breezes produce daily temperature swings of forty to fifty degrees.

Paul Clary, as winemaker and vineyard manager, has garnered gold and silver medals at the 2003 and 2004 Sonoma County Harvest Fairs with his wines made exclusively from the grapes grown here on the ranch. The vines produce less than two tons per acre, resulting in wines of concentration and finesse. All of the wines are carefully handcrafted in small lots. They are full of flavor, expressing the unique terroir of these ancient soils.
